For those of you who are playing Aion again it seems that  you have to start all over even though you already have an account. However,

you can get your old character back. It seems you have to transfer it. You can do this from the prestige/ black could store. I have not done this yet myself but discovered it this morning. 

I am going to buy everything. No matter the cost.
