anyways here is the basic start of his killer gaming setup specs will be posted after the pics

and for Ikaika just for reffrence on jus how big this case realy is "thats a Logitec Mx310 mouse at the bottom right hand corner of the 1st pic" that should give you a fair example of jus how big this case realy is..... lmao

CASE:
Lian Li PC-V2000B PLUS II Black Aluminum Full Tower Case with Window/ With Koolance EXOS1 Add on Liquid Cooling Rad+internal 2 bay Resevoir with enough room for 12 HDD's and 7 5.25 bay devics this case is almost big enough to live in "lol"
that and its Dual PSU capable and ill be adding in a seconday power supply later this week to help handle the mundane additions ...or are they ...well you'll hafta stick around and check this post to see jus how mundane they really are ...but for now a teaser of the items thats going into this case
2 TB western Digital HDD's
1 75GIG 10,000k Raptor WD HDD
AMD quadcore 9950 Phenom 2.6 gig processor
ASUS Crosshair 2 Formula motherboard

ohh did i forget to mention i live in Santa's Work shop lol ..naw my house is a museum to say the least we have over 200 different santa's from around the world me personally id ship them out to the other rooms of the house but, theres no room for them so they are taking up residence in my room..that and they help your PC look Really Really Modern lmao

and the new power supply shoul be here from the RMA on 11/17/2008
as it was sent on 11/12/2008
so once it has arrived i can finnish this build and get it ready for shipment

lol yes well unfortunantly untill the new PSU arrives back pictures are on hold, as i had to take everything back out of the case to remove it next time im gonna test the PSU before installing it
....there is nothing like getting it all together
1 zip tying it all into place,
2 getting all the uncovered wires covered in new covering,
3 tying back all of the wires and putting them nicely in a lowwer recessed area of the case out of sight.
4 running all of the plumbing from all of the other h20 coolers
5 installing all of the sata connectors
6 installing and tying back all of the PCI-E connectors for a total of 6 connections

and then test the psu and find out its dead


and then to go back and remove everything that was prior mentioned lol

ALRIGHT I HAVE BEEN BUISY GETTING THE ATHESTHITCS WORKED OUT ON ENDS PC

the following few pics and 2 videos show the Red LED Fans and the 4 UV lights lit as well as the front 2 (5.25)bay resivoir
so far there is only one RED LED fan shown where as there are actually 6 total in the machine as well as 2 standard fans as well

basically put it breaks down as follows
1 - 140mm red LED on PSU
1 - 80mm Red LED Fan PSU
2 - 120mm Red LED Fan
3 - 80mm red LED fans in H20 Cooler
1 - 120mm Rear Exhaust Brushless fan

front fan ...side GPU Fans all have Dust Filters
unfortunantly my camera cannot reproduce the colors visible by the intense UV Blacklights, but with that said also keep inmin that the colors visible in the following pics are not Purple by any means
also the light that these UV lights put off are brighter in the pics then in reality so with that said here are the pics

Keep in mind that the whole system will have UV Blood Red Reactive Coolant running throughout it as well and that is another reason for the overkill on the UV lights as it will really bring the system to life when fully installed

ok here are a few updates to this long over due build

after getting the new PSU and confirming that it worked as opposed to the original one that was DOOB it was promptly replaced

then upon recieving the new PSU it turned out so was the motherboard

now after close to 7 weeks THE NEW MOTHERBOARD HAS RETURNED FROM ASUSTEK

now i can finally finnish up this beast and get it out to the New Owner END ''''

so where does this leave us

well the results are below

currently i have this system setup for Air Cooling for the last 5 days before this post i have been DLing the recent updates, installing drivers, doing the general 24-48-72 hour burn ins to make certain of stability, now tonight i have installed the NVIDIA TRI-SLI package
this all comes about from the before #dMark setting that gave me a performance score of 10,268 ...before Tri SLI

with TRI SLI and 8x ANTI-ALI i have achieved a mark of 15,789 with 3 DX10 Compliant PNY XLR*'s 512 mb video cards
running with a consistent count of 4.0 GB of Dual channel Crucial Balistics 1066MHZ tracer ram
with no ram being segregated out for matching to GPU and loss of performance

as for those concerned with 3 of these cards running on aircooling all i hafta say is these are some sweet cards ...they put off lil-to-no heat in this setup

MAJOR UPDATE TO THE BEGINNING OF THE END """"WHEW""" WAS STARTING TO THINK THE TITLE WOUL BE MY END OF THE PC CAREER IN BUILDING THIS MONSTROSITY

AS I SIT HERE TYPING i am pleased to announce the End of the Beginning is Finally Done ...well not really i have a couple hours left of tucking and hidding a few wires and connectors out of the way ...but this beast is running stable and is pulling Marks in the 15,879 in windows Vista Ultimate scoring using 3DMark and wil be capable of more in the future lol

anywhoot the pics and video of this beast will be up hopefully soon ... i need to find me bloody camera charger

but DANG i m glad to see this thing stable now

on a side Note IKAIKA it wasnt the probe that was shutting it down it was the molex connector had a loose prong that wasnt making contact when you push them together to make the connection the power pin would push out the back of the molex... will somebody please make a connector that actually does it job instead of create new errors? please for the love of God someone needs to make something reliable

4.5 hours of tracking this error down on this pc ...all because of a loose connection
